Two Found Shot In Chickasha Home

Two people were found shot inside a Chickasha home Saturday afternoon, police said.

The 911 caller told police she found her daughter lying in bed and not waking up.

About 4 p.m., police officers found a man and a woman with gunshot wounds at 42 Hillcrest Drive. The woman, Sheila Brownen, 57, was taken to the hospital where she died.

Charles Brownen, 58, was dead at the scene and police found a handgun near his body.

The two were previously married to each other and had been living together in the home.

The state medical examiner's office will determine the causes of death for the man and the woman.
