Tulsa police arrested a man after a shooting and standoff at an apartment complex early Saturday. The shooting victim was grazed by a bullet and the shooter - a man named Larry Jamison -  is in custody, according to police.

Officers were called to the 1100 block of South Quincy Avenue around 5:30 a.m. They talked to the suspect who came out of his apartment and surrendered.

Police learned the shooting victim knew the shooter and had gone to the apartment to follow up on an argument they'd had earlier. The man who lived at the apartment pulled out a small-caliber pistol and shot once at the visitor.

"The bullet grazed the victim's side of face and ear," records show.

Jamison is being booked into the Tulsa Jail on a complaint of shooting with intent to kill.
