Bikers Brave Gloomy Tulsa Weather To Brighten Children’s Christmas

Bikers rolled through Tulsa streets Sunday to make sure children have a very merry Christmas.

The Tulsa chapter of American Bikers Aimed Toward Education, or ABATE, paraded through downtown to deliver gifts for Toys for Tots.

The weather was a little cool and rainy, but organizers said the show must go on.

ABATE Tulsa VP, James Clark said, "Rain, sleet, snow, whatever, we do it. It's all about getting the toys for the kids. There is always going to be an element of bikers that show up regardless of what’s going on."

Even with the less than stellar weather, more than 1,000 bikers showed up to the rally.
