Man's Body Found Near Tulsa Creek

Police are investigating after a body was found near an east Tulsa Sonic. 

Police say a friend of the deceased found the man's body and asked a Sonic employee at 11231 East 11th Street to call it in.

Officers say the man was apparently living in a homeless camp near a creek. Officers are interviewing people at the scene. There's no word on whether the death is suspicious in any way.

The medical examiner and detectives will investigate the death.
