BA 6-Year-Old With Life-Threatening Condition Gets Wish Granted

During a school assembly at Rhoades Elementary in Broken Arrow, the Kids Wish Network surprised a 6-year-old student with a trip to Legoland Discovery Center in Dallas.

The student, Daniel, has had 20 surgeries for recurring hernias – the condition can be life-threatening.

His mom, Angela Bousquet, said Friday's surprise was truly a dream come true for her little boy.

"His only wish was to go to Legoland," she said. “He's deserved something really good for a long time."

Daniel won't have to wait long for the big trip - his family is scheduled to spend five days in Dallas during Spring Break.
