Attorneys for a Tulsa father charged with murdering his 5-year-old son say he has no memory of doing so.

They say Bryon Creech he is not competent to stand trial because he was treated in college for ADHD, had anger issues in the military and has PTSD from a childhood incident.

They say Creech is on medication for schizophrenia and bi-polar.

Prosecutors say Creech's wife filed for divorce and had a protective order when he broke into her apartment with their son last March.

They say he killed the little boy, fired a dozen shots at officers then surrendered 17 hours later.

Creech's trial is set for June 13th.
