Tulsa Water Main Repair To Restrict Traffic On South Yale

Tulsa's water department will be fixing a leaking 12-inch water line on South Yale Saturday.

Officials say because of the project, two northbound lane of Yale between East 66th and East 69th Streets just south of St. Francis hospital will be closed.  

They say while the repair work should be finished by either late Saturday or early Sunday, the two northbound lanes will remained closed until February 24 for street repair work. 

The water department says some nearby business customers in the area could be without water until the leak is fixed.
