Police: Tulsa Gang Member Accused Of Handing 11-Year-Old Gun During Traffic Stop

A Tulsa gang member is accused of handing over his semi-automatic pistol to his 11-year-old son during a traffic stop.

Officers said Willie Henderson was speeding and not wearing a seat belt when they pulled him over.

While searching the vehicle, officers found drugs on both Henderson and his son, and Henderson admitted he handed his gun to the boy to hold.

Jail records show Henderson was booked on several complaints including child endangerment, stolen property and possession of a firearm.

Court records show Henderson has previous felony convictions.
