Police Arrest Naked Man At Tulsa's River Parks

Police arrested a naked man they say was peeking in the women's restroom at the River Parks Tuesday night.

Officers were called to the 1900 block of South Riverside Drive at about 10:45 p.m. about a man wearing nothing but panty hose peeking in the window of the women's restroom.

Police said they found Tony Parnosky, 45, sitting naked in a Toyota 4-Runner parked nearby. 

Officer allowed Parnosky to get dressed then arrested him.  A search of the SUV turned up panty hose under a passenger seat. 

They booked Tony Parnosky on complaints of peeping tom and indecent exposure. Jail records show he is being held on a $10,500 bond with a court appearance set for April 13.
