TULSA, Oklahoma - Thousands of Justin Bieber fans are expected in downtown Tulsa Thursday evening for his concert at the BOK Center.  

Bieber's Purpose World Tour kicks off at 7:30 p.m. with doors opening at 6 p.m.  Police are expecting over 12,000 fans to pack the streets all around the center.

A convoy of trucks for the concert arrived at the BOK Center Thursday morning. 

Tulsa Police say before the concert, the intersections at 3rd Street and Frisco and 1st Street, 2nd Street, and 3rd Street along Denver will be shut down for pedestrian traffic.   After the show, police will close Denver between 1st and 4th Streets and other BOK Center adjacent streets as fans leave the concert.
