Recap of Tuesday night win over OSU:

A three-run home run from Michael Hungate in the fourth inning helped push the Oral Roberts baseball team to a 4-0 shutout win over No. 27 Oklahoma State Tuesday night in Stillwater.

The Golden Eagle pitching staff combined to allow just three hits on the night, and just one hit in the final seven innings of play.

Freshman Josh McMinn earned his third victory of the season after tossing three shutout innings, not allowing a hit while striking out one.

Grant Glaze, Holden Cammack, and Brady Womacks finished the game, going an inning each and striking out seven of the last 11 Cowboy hitters. Glaze retired the side in the seventh.

The Golden Eagles were able to extend their lead in the eighth inning after the Cowboys walked Matt Whatley to lead off the frame before Noah Cummings picked up a double to the gap for his first base hit of the night.

Junior Brent Williams earned a base after taking a pitch off the helmet. That was when Rolando Martinez picked up an RBI after drawing the bases-loaded walk, increasing the ORU lead to 4-0.

The Cowboys best chance came in the sixth inning after getting two runners on base. Nathan Garza fielded a groundball back to the mound to end the OSU threat.
