OHP Confirms Body Found In Caney River Was Missing Owasso Woman

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has released the identity of the body found in a truck in the Caney River over the weekend.

OHP says Connie Kannady, of Owasso, was the person they found inside an upside-down truck that was submerged in the water along the bridge off U.S. Highway 75 on Saturday.

Family and friends told News On 6 they believed it to be Kannady, but OHP confirmed the information on Thursday afternoon.

Kannady had been reported missing earlier this month.
