Broken Arrow Man Arrested For Assault, Kidnapping

A man was arrested after Broken Arrow police say he locked himself in a garage with a woman while armed with a knife.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance around 3:30 a.m near east 101st and Aspen.

They say Charles Manley refused to come out of the home for several hours.

He was finally taken into custody and booked into jail on complaints of assault and kidnapping.
