Captured: Two Inmates From Atoka Correctional Center

The Atoka County Sheriff's Office found two inmates who escaped from the Howard McLeod Correctional Facility.

Officials say Joshua Allen and Justin Hughes got away some time Tuesday night. They were back in custody Wednesday morning, according to prison officials. They were both found within a mile of the correctional center.

Records show both men were imprisoned on drug and theft charges. Both also have a history of escaping incarceration.

They were captured by during a joint search by the DOC fugitive apprehension and Atoka County Sheriff's Office.
