TULSA - Police are questioning a man who assaulted another man with a machete during argument late Tuesday at a Tulsa apartment complex.

Officers say they were called to a disturbance at the Virginia Lee Apartments in the 8500 block of East 25th Street at about 11:21 p.m.

When they arrived, police found a 48-year-old man who told them he had been cut on the arm with a large machete.

Witnesses told officers the victim had been arguing with the victim's roommate when he was cut.  Police tracked the roommate walking north on Memorial Drive and took him in for questioning.

Police said the victim was taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.  An investigation into the incident continues.
