According to the Oklahoma State Election Board, the Tulsa County Election Board erroneously reported all results were in during Tuesday's primary not even an hour after the polls had closed.
The results spiked up to 100 percent reporting, then deflated again to 15 percent on average.
Before 8 p.m., the state said Tulsa County fixed the problem.
