Two Injured During Edmond Fireworks Show

Two people were injured during the Edmond LibertyFest fireworks show, authorities reported Monday night.

During the LibertyFest fireworks show at the UCO campus, several fireworks went off on the ground.

A spectator and a worker were injured from the blast. Both have minor injuries and are expected to OK, police said.

The rest of the fireworks show was canceled shortly after the malfunction, police said.
