Ex-Tulsa County Deputy Serving Time In Prison Faces More Charges

A former Tulsa County Deputy serving time in prison for sexually assaulting a woman while on duty faces new criminal charges.

Court records show Gerald Nuckolls is charged with three counts for violating a protective order.

It says Nuckolls sent his ex-girlfriend three postcards from prison even though the protective order says he cannot contact her in any way.

Nuckolls was sentenced to eight years in prison back in 2015, after he sexually assaulted a woman while investigating a 911 hang-up call.
