Rogers County deputies chased and arrested a pickup driver after they said he passed a deputy's patrol car who was en route to an emergency call early Saturday.  They said the deputy had his lights and siren on at the time.

Deputies said the chase began at around midnight.  A pickup driver passed the deputy's car on Highway 20 east of Owasso. The deputy attempted to stop the truck, but the driver took off, before eventually turning into a rural neighborhood east of South 4060 Road and north of Highway 20.

The chase ended when the truck crashed in the Sandridge Cemetery.

Deputies arrested the truck's driver and a passenger, taking both to the Rogers County jail.  They said it appeared the unidentified driver was intoxicated.
