Cleveland Man Charged In Tulsa Traffic Death Waives Preliminary Hearing

<p>A Cleveland man charged with second-degree murder after a Tulsa crash earlier this year waived his preliminary hearing Wednesday.</p>

A Cleveland man charged with second-degree murder after a Tulsa crash earlier this year waived his preliminary hearing Wednesday.

Christopher Mitchell, 27, was accused of driving a car which struck a motorcycle and then a car on 61st Street next to St. Francis hospital on May 3rd.  The driver of the car was killed in the crash.

The judge set a court arraignment for August 15.
