Police say no one was injured when a semi jackknifed on a wet Tulsa highway early Saturday stopping traffic in both directions.

Officers said the 3 a.m. crash happened in the northbound lanes of Highway 75 at the Pine Street exit.

They say when the truck crashed, it hit and damaged the concrete median, sending a truck axle and debris into the southbound lanes. Police say several cars headed south struck the debris causing flat tires.

The southbound lanes were reopened a short time later, but one northbound remained closed for several hours while crews worked to remove the semi and clean up fuel spilled on the highway.
