Charges Dismissed Against Man Accused Of Tulsa Armed Robbery

<p>Tuesday afternoon a Tulsa judge dismissed the charges against Keaundrey Carter, after a witness didn't show up at his trial.</p>

Tuesday afternoon a Tulsa judge dismissed the charges against Keaundrey Carter, after a witness didn't show up at his trial.

Police arrested Carter after two people identified him as the guy who robbed them at gunpoint outside their apartment.

Officers were called to Stonecrest Apartments around 4 a.m. after two people were robbed at gunpoint in September 2015.

The victims told police they thought the man who robbed them was still in the area, and officers drove through the parking lot.They found Carter changing a tire in the parking lot.
