The National Transportation Safety Board admits in a report released Wednesday that it doesn't know what caused the engine failure that forced a small plane to land on Memorial Drive in Bixby last April.
The pilot of a Cessna 150 was headed to Jones Riverside Airport when he declared an emergency and touched down on the road near 121st Street, barely missing vehicles.
The final report said investigators couldn't determine how much fuel was on board the plane and information from their engine tests was unreliable.
