Man Charged In 2014 Tulsa Murder Pleads To Manslaughter

A man charged in a 2014 Tulsa murder has pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of manslaughter.

Thursday, a judge sentenced Steven Ramey to 27 years in prison.

Kristie Beaver pleaded guilty to attempted robbery in the case and received a deferred sentence. A felony murder charge against her was dismissed.

All charges against Brenna Tecumseh were also dismissed Thursday.

Earlier this year a fourth person, Fred Wesley, pleaded guilty as an accessory and was sentenced to 13 years.

The four were arrested for the shooting death of Destiny Poplawski in west Tulsa.
