Tulsans Making Push For Residents To Pledge 'The Golden Rule'

There's a new push to "Make Tulsa Golden."

The goal is to get more people to take the golden pledge, to follow the golden rule, which is to treat others the way they want to be treated.

City leaders and members of the Compassionate Tulsa Committee said they want to build stronger bonds between people in our city.

“The golden rule is the common denominator among all major world philosophies and religions. It is something that we can all get on board with," said Andrea Walker with the Compassionate Tulsa Committee.
