The Oklahoma City Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation is asking for the public's help in identifying a man who they suspect robbed a Norman bank Monday afternoon.

An unidentified man took an undisclosed amount of money from the BancFirst located at 333 12th Avenue Southeast, according to an FBI news release.

The teller handed over the money after the suspect approached a teller and presented a note that demanded money and stated that he had a gun, authorities said.

The suspect exited the front door of the bank and was last seen on foot leaving the area in an unknown direction of travel, the release states.

No one was injured.

The suspect is described as a white male, late 20s to early 30s, 5'9-5'11, 200-215 pounds, short brown hair, mustache and beard, wearing dark sunglasses, cargo shorts and a short-sleeved black t-shirt with a mugshot of a white cat on the front of the shirt with white lettering.

Anyone with information is requested to contact the FBI at 405-290-7770, which is a 24-hour number. Callers may remain anonymous.

The Oklahoma Bankers Association is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
