Attorneys representing Tulsa police officer Betty Shelby examined the SUV Terence Crutcher was driving the night she shot and killed him, and they said their inspection revealed all windows were down to some degree, the driver's side window was down halfway and there was no blood on the driver's window.
The attorneys filed a motion to examine the SUV Tuesday and examined it Wednesday.
Shelby faces one count of 1st-degree manslaughter in the incident, which happened on September 16, 2016.
Shelby was responding to another call when she came upon Crutcher's SUV parked on the street at 36th Street North and Lewis.
