Tulsa Police Officer Crashes During Pursuit

Tulsa Police got multiple calls about gunshots in a neighborhood  near 25th and Garnett just after midnight Sunday, November 6, 2016. When Officers got there, they said they saw a car speeding away which started a chase. 

During the pursuit, police said an officer lost control of his patrol car and crashed into a street sign at 21st and 107th East Avenue.

The officer wasn't injured. 

A few minutes later, another officer spotted the car at 11th and Garnett and chased it until it crashed near 6th Street and 111th East Avenue. The driver was arrested, but two passengers in the car were questioned and let go.
