A judge has set April 2017 as a trial date for two men charged in the death of Ted's Hamburgers owner in 2015.
In August of this year, another judge decided there was enough evidence against Alcon Sanders and Clifford Owen to stand trial in the stabbing death of James Coulson.
Prosecutors allege the pair killed Coulson during a robbery.
