Victim, Person Of Interest Identified In Fatal Tulsa Shooting
TULSA, Oklahoma - Police identified the man who died after he was shot at an apartment complex Friday morning.
The victim was Julius Templeton, 25. Police say the person of interest in the case is Stefon Wytch, 22.
The shooting was reported just after 10 a.m. at the Mohawk Manor apartment near 36th Street North and Birmingham. Police said Templeton was shot in the chest and died at the hospital.
Police thought Wytch had gone to a nearby family member's apartment in the same complex and found his car there. TPD's special operations team entered the apartment later in the day but said no one was inside.
Police said they didn't find the gun used in the shooting so they say Wytch should be considered armed and could be dangerous.
They ask anyone with information on the case to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-2677 or the Homicide Tip Line at 918-798-8477.
