Teen Arrested After Running From Police At Osage Casino

A 19-year-old is in custody after police say he tried to ram an officer during a chase overnight. There were several other people in that car during the chase.

Osage Nation Police report 19-year-old Roland Burress is in jail, but the other four were questioned and released.

Osage Tribal Police pulled over the car that Burress was driving in the parking lot of the Osage Casino on 36th Street North near the Tisdale Parkway around 1 a.m. When the officer got out, that's when they say Burress took off.

He went down the Tisdale and into a neighborhood. Osage Tribal Police say Burress went up on two wheels, tried to ram an officer's car, and blew his tires before taking off on foot.

They lost him, but then TPD got a call from a woman on Seminole Street saying a stranger was knocking on her door. Police got there and said they found Burress passed out, lying in a pool of his own vomit.

He's headed to jail and no one was hurt in the chase.
