ROGERS COUNTY, Oklahoma - Spectator video cleared two of three men arrested in a fatal stabbing outside an Inola rodeo arena, according to the Rogers County Sheriff's Office.

Margarito Escarino remains in jail in connection to 24-year-old Fabian Perez's death. Richardo Escarino and Hipolito Pina have been cleared from suspicion in the case, authorities said.

Deputies responded to the Riverbend Arena just west of Inola late Sunday night after a fight broke out in the staging area for rodeo participants.

RCSO said Perez and Margarito Escarino got into an argument over their horses bumping together. It escalated to a brawl, and Perez was stabbed while still on horseback.

A spectator at the rodeo was shooting video and captured the scuffle.

Rogers County Investigator Gavin Gatrell said, "Having that account that's an accurate depiction of exactly what happened was able - allowed us to clear up so many questions that would've taken a lot of time to clear up without it.”Rogers County Investigator Gavin Gatrell said, "Having that account that's an accurate depiction of exactly what happened was able - allowed us to clear up so many questions that would've taken a lot of time to clear up without it.”
