Wreck Damages Tulsa Traffic Signal Lights

A two-vehicle wreck damaged traffic signal lights in north Tulsa Wednesday morning.

An Infiniti sedan collided with a Dodge pickup at the intersection of 46th Street North and Mingo at about 7:45 a.m.

According to police, the woman driving the Infiniti was westbound on 46th Street North when her car collided with the pickup as it turned in front of her.

Neither driver was hurt.

The collision caused the Infiniti to hit a pole holding three signal lights. The impact was so great it damaged two of the three lights. 

A crew from the city of Tulsa set up stop signs at the intersection until the damaged signal lights can be repaired.
