TULSA, Oklahoma - Fire damages a Tulsa duplex early Wednesday.

Just before 4:30 a.m. firefighters responded to the 1200 block of South 73rd East Avenue.  When they arrived on scene, smoke and flames were seen coming from the duplex.  

Firefighters say everyone inside was able to get out safely before they arrived.

No word on what may have caused the fire which was confined to just the one building.
