Crash Knocks Out Traffic Signals At Tulsa Intersection

Tulsa Police say the traffic lights are out at 31st and Harvard after a pickup driver lost control and crashed into a signal box early Tuesday.

Officers said the driver of the truck ran off after the crash.

Police say because of the damage to the signal box, drivers can expect to see delays at that intersection for most of Tuesday.
