The Red Cross will be opening full overnight shelters in three eastern Oklahoma communities for anyone affected by the flooding and storms.

The shelters will be set up in Tahlequah, Muskogee and the Chewey Community, said a Red Cross spokesperson.

The locations are:

  • First Baptist Church in Tahlequah, 201 S. Commercial Road
  • First Baptist Church in Muskogee, 110 S. 8th
  • Chewey Community Center, Chewey, OK in Adair County
