Police are looking for a man who shot and wounded another man who was walking home from a Tulsa convenience store late Tuesday.

At around 11:30 p.m., officers were called to the 2900 block of East Pine about the shooting.

The victim and another man had just left the nearby Racetrak convenience store, when someone began following them in a vehicle, according to police.

At the corner of Pine and Evanston, police said a man got out of the car, pulled out a handgun and fired several shots at the victim, hitting him in the shoulder and a bullet also grazed his neck.

Police said the victim was stable when EMSA took him to the hospital.

The other person walking with the victim was not hurt.

Officers are checking to see if any businesses had surveillance video capturing the moments leading up to the shooting.

Sgt. Shane Tuell said the victim is not cooperating and that's slowing down their investigation.
