Spicy Mexican Dark Chocolate Fondue

<p>Becky Chapman from the Melting Pot shows how to make a spicy Mexican dark chocolate fondue.&nbsp;</p>

  • 3 ounces dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper  
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  1. Add chocolate to the top of a double boiler set over simmering water.  
  2. Heat until the chocolate is melted, stirring constantly; Be careful not to let the chocolate burn.  
  3. Pour into a warm fondue pot.  
  4. Add the cayenne pepper and cinnamon and stir gently to combine.  
  5. Keep fondue warm over low heat.
