Hundreds Of Green Country Kids Get Free Back-To-School Haircuts
TULSA, Oklahoma - Close to 400 kids are going back to school in style thanks to Tulsa Tech's Back-To-School Cut Off.
Thirty barbers and stylists donated their time to give school age kids free haircuts.
"We like to send the kids to school with confidence. And everybody knows when you look good you feel good," said Chuck Jones, master barber instructor.
Jones said the annual event predates him becoming a barber on 1987.
He also said 60 people were lined up an hour before the event started.
