Tulsa police made an arrest in a weekend shooting at a north Tulsa QuikTrip.

Detectives said surveillance video and help from QT employees led them to Norman Gaines.

He's booked on complaints of shooting with intent to kill and illegal possession of a handgun.

Police responded to a shooting at the QuikTrip near I-244 and Sheridan on Saturday, August 19, 2017, and found bullet casings all over the parking lot.

That car turned out to be innocent.
