TULSA, Oklahoma - Tulsa police made an arrest in a weekend shooting at a north Tulsa QuikTrip.

Detectives said surveillance video and help from QT employees led them to Norman Gaines.

He's booked on complaints of shooting with intent to kill and illegal possession of a handgun.

Police responded to a shooting at the QuikTrip near I-244 and Sheridan on Saturday, August 19, 2017, and found bullet casings all over the parking lot.

Police said it started when a car pulled up to the store and fired at a man at the gas pump. They said the man being shot at ran inside, then, later saw a similar car and started shooting at it.

That car turned out to be innocent.

A teen inside the store was hit by gunfire but will be okay.
