Tulsa Man Pleads Guilty To Leaving Scene In Fatal Crash

A man is pleading guilty to leaving the scene of a fatality collision.

Hunter Smith hit a man walking in the road near 41st and Sheridan in 2015 and then took off.

Police say Jose Vallejo died at the scene.

Smith later turned himself into police.

He pleaded guilty Wednesday.

Smith got a deferred sentence and is on probation.
