TPD Makes Arrest In Pedestrian Hit-And-Run

A Tulsa woman was arrested Sunday in relation to a hit and run with a pedestrian. 

Keseona L. McVay, 19, was driving full speed on South Lewis when two witnesses saw her hit a pedestrian crossing the street. 

Police did not see McVay, or her vehicle, at the scene, but were able to track it down shortly after.

The victim was taken to the hospital and is under treatment. 

McVay's bond is posted at $10,500.
