The Better Business Bureau in Tulsa has issued a new warning about a phishing scam.

The BBB says there is an email going around that looks like it is from them, but they say scammers are actually sending it, hoping to get your personal information.

The BBB says the email uses its name and logo.  It claims either individuals or companies are violating the "Fair Labor Standards Act."  The email asks you to click a link, which then installs malware that infects your computer.

That malware gives criminals access to your passwords or company records.

The BBB says if you get this type of email, delete it immediately and run a virus scan.

You can also contact the BBB directly to verify if an email came from them, before you click any links.
