Water Negotiations Continue For Vian

Vian residents will continue to receive water tomorrow.
    
The Sequoyah County Water Association threatened to shut off water Friday over a dispute with the city.

Vian's city attorney says the association wanted a cost increase and the city kept sending checks for the current cost while they discussed the matter.

Today, a judge granted an injunction preventing the association from cutting off water while the two sides negotiate.
