3 Arrested After Drugs Found In Pittsburg County Home With Child Inside
TULSA, Oklahoma - Three people were arrested after law enforcement found drugs inside a home with a 4-year-old girl inside.
According to a news release, the Pittsburg County Sheriff’s Office and the District 18 Narcotics Task Force served a search warrant at a home in the 300 block of West Monroe on Tuesday, October 3rd, 2017.
Deputies said they found marijuana, drug paraphernalia and receipts showing the marijuana was purchased in Colorado. The release says the house was also filled with smoke.
Andy Bryant, Aileen Richey and Michael Richey were arrested and remain in the Pittsburg County Jail.
The release says the 4-year-old child was released to family members.
Deputies arrested Bryant, 33, on complaints of possession of CDS with intent to distribute. Aileen Richey, 23, and Michael Richey, 31, were arrested on complaints of conspiracy, child neglect, possession of CDS with intent to distribute and maintaining a dwelling where drugs are sold.
