City Of Tulsa Fires Employee Accused Of Beating Dog To Death

The City of Tulsa says it has fired a city employee that a homeowner alleges beat her dog to death.

Julie Bailey says her dog Thumper got away from her as the employee came into the yard to check a meter.

She says the man began beating the dog with a metal rod.

Thumper was so badly hurt he had to be put down.

There's been no announcement about if the employee will be charged.
