Police say a Muskogee man tried to escape officers' grip when they were arresting him for child sexual abuse.
Investigators say Christian Holley sexually assaulted an 11-year-old girl between May and December of 2017.
He's also facing a complaint of resisting arrest.
Holley is due back in court January 10th.
