Oklahoma's Department of Human Services is investigating possible food stamp fraud at two addiction recovery centers.

The agency says Fort Gibson's 'Faith Based Therapeutic Community Corporation' and 'Southern Oklahoma Addiction Recovery' are not licensed by the state.

Program graduates claim they were forced to sign up for food stamps but did not receive the benefits.

Both centers are also accused of requiring participants to perform manual labor without pay.
