The Pawhuska Nursing Home is closing due to lack of funding.
That will eliminate more than 30 jobs.
The nursing home's owner said he and his staff are working to relocate the 20 people who live there.
The Oklahoma Association of Health Care Providers said roughly one-third of the state's nursing homes are currently at risk of closing.
