Some OSU forensic students got a hands-on experience processing crime scene scenarios thanks to a partnership with the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office.

The students investigated a mock homicide inside the Tulsa County Jail Tuesday.

"We are in one of the premiere jail facilities in the state, actually in this region. So, not only do the students have a chance to come into this facility and absorb some of the culture of this facility like this but they also have the opportunity to interact with working professionals," said Ron Thrasher, OSU Forensic Sciences.

Next, students will get to testify in court during a mock trial.
